Sample Groups
A sample group refers to a collection or subset of samples that are grouped together based on shared characteristics or attributes. You can view all your sample groups by clicking the Sample Groups tab in the top.
Created sample groups in the study are listed on this page.
Create Sample Group
On the table, check the box in front of the sample ID to select samples, at least one sample is selected, the Create sample group button (
)will be enabled (upper-right of the table).
You can also filter samples down into only those you want to be part of your sample group by clicking the filter icon at the top of each visible column or clicking Filters icon above the table
to filter all columns based on metadata attributes.
Select all by clicking the check marks on the left-hand side. Now, click
to create a sample group. Choose to create a new sample group or add to an existing sample group. Give the sample group a name and click
.

Manage Sample Groups
In the sample groups page, you can search for sample groups, and customize or filter the columns in your view.
You can also click on the action icons to view more details and update your sample groups.

Allows you to edit the sample group's name.

Allows you to delete the sample group.
