How to Cite Software

In-text:

Proper in-text citation for Illumina Connected Multiomics software must include the trademarked name of the software product used and the version number at the time of data analysis. The version number can be found in the release notes.

Examples:

Gene specific analysis was performed using Illumina® Connected Multiomics software, v1.0.

Protein quantification was performed using DRAGEN™ software, v4.5.

Reference or bibliography list:

Citing Connected Multiomics software in a bibliography or reference list should include the company name, copyright date, trademarked name of the Partek software product, version number, format, and link to product website.
