* NovaSeq 6000/6000Dx, NextSeq 2000, or NovaSeq X Series
* Illumina Single Cell 3' RNA Prep Kit
  * T2: 1 library per sample, 1 FASTQ pair
  * T10: 1 library per sample, 1 FASTQ pair
  * T20: 1 library per sample, 1 FASTQ pair
  * T100: 4 libraries per sample, 1 FASTQ pair
  * T1000: 8 libraries per sample, 8 FASTQ pairs
