Prerequisites

  • NovaSeq 6000/6000Dx, NextSeq 2000, or NovaSeq X Series

  • Illumina Single Cell 3' RNA Prep Kit

    • T2: 1 library per sample, 1 FASTQ pair

    • T10: 1 library per sample, 1 FASTQ pair

    • T20: 1 library per sample, 1 FASTQ pair

    • T100: 4 libraries per sample, 1 FASTQ pair

    • T1000: 8 libraries per sample, 8 FASTQ pairs
